Side Event COP26: Carbon Markets and Green Hydrogen: Synergies to reach decarbonization

label

In recent years, Green Hydrogen has been identified as a crucial instrument for the decarbonization of important sectors of the economy (such as industry, steel production). Green Hydrogen may be a strategic market in a future carbon-neutral economy. The objective of the event is to make visible the opportunities presented using Article 6 of the Paris Agreement and other climate finance instruments to promote technologies based on Green Hydrogen in different industries and sectors, taking as a case of analysis the development of Chile in this area.
