The Program for Renewable Energies and Energy Efficiency (4e) of the GIZ Chile has launched recently the platform H2LAC in order to promote the development of green hydrogen in Latin-America and the Caribbean. The idea is the build a network of associations, institutions, ministries and the private sector from different countries in the region, which will foster green hydrogen projects.

The platform will offer visitors technical material such as studies, reports and webinars, from various GIZ projects in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic Ecuador, El Salvador, Mexico and Paraguay. You should bear in mind that the 4e Program of GIZ Chile has been developing projects in this line for more than six years, in colaboration with its partner the Chilean Ministry of Energy, which launched the National Green Hydrogen Strategy in November 2020.

For more information please visit the platform or contact Florian Kohlhammer. We also would like to invite everybody to follow the LinkedIn account of the platform.
