This study contributes to the basis for the implementation and operationalisation of a green certificates system (certificates of emissions reduction or offsets, EE white certificates, renewable energies certificates) within the framework of taxation or others market instruments (ETS, emission rules, etc.), which could be considered for a sectoral or national transaction platform.
